These are the plain rules for using tommythehamburger.fun. Product pages can add narrower rules for a specific game or connected site.
Use the site lawfully
You may browse public pages and use available games and tools for lawful personal use. Do not attack the service, evade access controls, impersonate another person, scrape private account data, upload malware, or use automation to falsify scores, achievements, claims, or account records.
Accounts and public names
You are responsible for the Tommy Account and wallet connections you use. Public display names can be filtered or removed when they contain restricted language or impersonate someone else. A public profile is not proof of identity, endorsement, employment, or ownership beyond the records explicitly shown.
Games, rankings, and devnet features
Ranked arcade records come from server-verified runs. Scores or achievements can be rejected, quarantined, or removed when the verification record fails or abuse is detected. Guest and unranked play may not appear on public boards.
Stop Tommy From Dating Your Mom uses Solana devnet and test-only game assets. Devnet tokens, test claims, simulated markets, and Bad Money Fund records are entertainment or testing features, not deposits, custody, investments, financial advice, or promises of value.
Tommy work and user output
Tommy characters, writing, art, games, card material, and site presentation remain with their respective rights holders. You may share ordinary links and personal Meme Lab output. Do not present Tommy material as your official product, sell it without permission, or remove ownership notices from downloadable packages.
Connected sites
Hamburgerlandia, the Oblation, Tommy Market, and the Bad Money Fund have separate pages, records, and product rules. Opening one through Tommy SSO authorizes the short account handoff needed for that sign-in. It does not merge every product record or make one site responsible for another site's content.
Availability
The site is provided as available. A public overview does not create a purchase, mint, publishing, prize, investment, or delivery obligation. Third-party platforms and networks can be unavailable independently of Tommy. Last updated August 3, 2026.
